1) Acceptance of terms

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services

We provide software products and enterprise solutions delivered on a trial and/or subscription basis, including onboarding and support where applicable.

3) Trial and pricing

  • Trial: We offer a 15-day free trial, during which no subscription fee is charged.
  • Paid plans: After the trial, fees are as per the mutually agreed quotation and/or pricing plan.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes (including GST) may apply where required.

4) Payments

Payments may be processed via payment gateway partners. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize charges as per the agreed plan.

5) Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use or misuse of the Services.
  • No unauthorized access attempts, disruptions, or reverse engineering.
  • No uploading malicious code or infringing intellectual property rights.

6) Intellectual property

All rights in the Services are owned by Zepfusion or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription/trial.

7) Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepfusion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to Zepfusion in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction.
