Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation works for Zepfusion trial access and paid subscriptions.

1) Trial cancellation

You may cancel at any time during the 15-day free trial with no charges.

2) Paid subscription cancellation

  • To cancel, email support@zepfusion.com from your registered email.
  • Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

3) Post-cancellation

Access to the Services may be disabled after cancellation. Data export and retention (if applicable) follow the plan/contract agreed between you and Zepfusion.
