Refund & Return Policy

1) Free trial

Zepfusion provides a 15-day free trial. During the trial, no subscription fee is charged.

2) Refunds after payment

Once a paid subscription is activated after the trial, refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or where expressly agreed in writing in your quotation or contract.

3) How to request a refund review

Email support@zepfusion.com with:

• Registered email/phone
• Invoice/transaction reference
• Reason for request

4) Processing time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on banking channels.
